Dr. Şermin Genç obtained “Eczacıbaşı Medical Science Award” in 2017. Genç received her award at the Eczacıbaşı Scientific Awards ceremony held at Dokuz Eylül University.

Dr. Esra Erdal was given a “Scientific Research Funding Award” for the period 2013-2014 for her work on “LGR5/Wnt/b Catenin Signalization, Hepatic Cancer Stem Cells’ (HpKKH) In Vitro Tumorigenesis Capacity and Effect on the Epithelial- Mesenchymal Transition”. Dr. Erol received her award from Sedat Birol, Eczacıbaşı Group Vice President of Healthcare, and Professor Dr. Emin Kansu, Chairman of the Scientific Evaluation Board of the Dr. Nejat F.
